  • The above rates include 16 % government tax and service charge
  • High season surcharge at USD 25 nett per villa per night (July 16 – September 15)
  • Peak season surcharge at USD 50 nett per villa per night during peak season period (December 20 – January 10)
  • Minimum Stay Policy will be applicable on High Season and Peak Season period
  • One (01) night non refundable deposit will be charged upon confirming the reservation
  • Any cancellation 14 days prior to date of arrival, 50% of total package value will charged as cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellation less than 13 days prior to arrival or in the event of no-show, 100% of total package value will be charged as cancellation/no show fee.
